Creating a profile will enable you to retrieve your results in the future, e.g. download a summary report from a previous session.
-
Do I need to use this website before applying for a job with the NHS?
No. The purpose of this website is to help you decide if a job in the NHS is right for you. However, if you do decide to apply for a job in the NHS some employers may require you to complete the challenge before you complete an application form for a specific job in their NHS Trust. However in all circumstances you are the only person who will receive your results and feedback. It is therefore up to you who you share this information with.
Some employers may ask at the recruitment stage if they can see your feedback report from this website and again it is up to you whether you wish to do so. If you want to share your results you will have to give your report to your potential employer as they will not have direct access to your report.
-
How long will it take me to complete?
We estimate that it will take around 15 minutes to complete the challenge when you undertake a pathway for one job area.
-
I'm not happy with my results. Can I retake the challenge?
It is recommended that you first of all reflect on the detailed feedback you have received and then if you wish you can choose another job area from the home page.
-
How do I share my results with a future employer?
It is entirely up to you whether you share your results. However sharing your results with a future employer is encouraged. You might want to contact them to see if you can arrange to send a downloaded version by email or you can print a copy and take it with you to interviews.
-
I'm disappointed with my results. What can I do to improve?
It is really positive that you want to improve so reflect on the detailed feedback you have received as it is there to help and guide you. Remember the purpose of this website is to help you decide if a job in the NHS is right for you. If you feel it still is then review both what you did well and what you did less well. The feedback will indicate where you need to improve. You might also find it useful to talk through the feedback with someone you trust as they can sometimes provide a fresh perspective.
-
Will my results be shared with my future employer?
You are the only person who will receive your results and feedback. It is therefore up to you who you share this information with.
-
